Child-sized problems require child-sized solutions. At Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU’s new 500,000-square-foot pediatric inpatient facility, they’re on a mission to provide the children of Virginia just that. Tasked with helping them raise funds, I helped create a campaign that highlights their world-class specialized care by looking at it through the eyes of a child, infusing the pieces with the childhood wonder the hospital works so hard to protect. From the naming of the building, to specific donor outreach, events, activations, and mass media awareness, it has resulted in an eight-figure surge in support.
